French Ligue 1: Updated

Drama on the pitches! On the first match PSG fans were throwing flares on the pitch, and the referee stopped the game for some time. On the other match Auxerre were throwing what seems to be toilet paper and tennis balls and even tomatoes on the pitch and so the referee had no choice but to stop the match! The game started again, but yet again the fans started throwing more paper and balls on the pitch. Not only, a flare (or missile as a report suggested) hit the goalkeeper and the referee had to suspended again. But in the end Montpellier won the game and deservedly are now French Champions for the first time in the clubs history!

Montpellier won heir first-ever French Ligue 1 title after a 2-1 comeback win at Auxerre that was delayed for half an hour. - 2
